Julie Floyd, singer, songwriter, artist, poet, and dancer, was born in Flagstaff, AZ. Julie the fourth of six children grew up in the small community of Winona outside the city. Early on, Julie immersed herself in music and the arts. Her voice quickly became known throughout the community as she involved herself in choir and landed the lead in school plays. This led to her singing the National Anthem for local sporting events. Even at an early age Julie knew that she was destined to become a Songbird

Julie gives inspirational credit for her style to the great female singers, both past and present. She spent many hours listening to and performing influential hits from the artists, Mariah Carey, Elle Fitzgerald, Celine Dion, Whitney Huston and many others. With the god given talent, and recognizing that talent means nothing without hard work, she could perfectly match the singers without ever taking a voice lesson. Julie sang to her collection of albums endlessly, mastering her craft throughout the years While performing popular hits, giving her fans the experience of true song appreciation, and artistic expression, she transforms songs as only a true artist is capable of. Julie has become known for her angelic voice and her unique ability to touch the heart and soul of her fans through song, which she feels is a true dedication to the artist that started her desire to perform.

Julie’s first live performance was in July of 2014 for the Bel Canto Pageant in Sedona, AZ. This performance was her breakout performance where she blew audiences away with her golden voice. Julie quickly became a crowd and local favorite.

 
Julie performed every Wednesday night in the lounge at REDS Restaurant located in the Sedona Rouge Hotel & Spa for the past two years. Currently she performs in Scottsdale and Fountain Hills
